Eighth JNC to fill a judgeship.

The Eighth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is now accepting applications to fill a circuit vacancy due to the resignation of Judge Ysleta W. McDonald.

Applicants must have been a member of The Florida Bar for the preceding five years, a registered voter, and must be a resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the court at the time he or she assumes office.

Applications may be downloaded from www.floridabar.org. The inclusion of a photograph is encouraged. Do not submit three-ring binders.
