The Criminal Procedure Rules Committee invites comment on proposed three-year cycle amendments to the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure shown below. RULE/FORM VOTE EXPLANATION 3.111(d)(2) 22-6 Amends the rule to conform to Iowa v.
