Proposed criminal procedure rules.

The three-year cycle proposed amendments for the Criminal Procedure Rules Committee were published this summer and, as a result, comments were received. From these comments, two of the proposed rule amendments were withdrawn, and two of the rules were amended further and a summary appears below.
