U.S. 11th Circuit to amend its rules.

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. [section][section]2071(b) and 332(d)(1), notice and opportunity for comment is hereby given of proposed amendments to the Rules of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and to the following Addendums thereto: Addendum Four, "Eleventh Circuit Plan Under the Criminal Justice Act," and Addendum Six, "Rules and Regulations of the Judicial Council and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit for the Selection of Nominees, the Appointment of Bankruptcy Judges, and the Reappointment of Bankruptcy Judges."
