Adorno petitions for reinstatement.

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Henry Nissim Adorno has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Adorno was suspended for three years effective nunc pro tunc October 28, 2010, as a result of misconduct which included negotiating a substantial settlement for only the named plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit, abandoning the putative class members to whom he owed a fiduciary duty.
