Age discrimination?

As members of The Florida Bar we all take an oath to abide by laws of our state and our country. Age discrimination has been illegal in the United States since the early 1970s. The state of Florida passed its own age discrimination law several years later to make it clear that age discrimination is illegal and improper.

I am a lawyer with three decades of experience. I have been applying on the Florida Bar Career Center for jobs for more than two years. I have gone so far as to send the Career Center an admission of discrimination by a large advertiser. No actions of any kind were taken by the Career Center.
