The Appellate Court Rules Committee, the Civil Procedure Rules Committee, the Criminal Procedure Rules Committee, and the Judicial Rules of Administration Committee invite comments on the proposed rule amendments anticipated to be included in the Committees' joint out-of-cycle report regarding computation of time for documents service via e-mail.
