Applicants sought for two CCRCs.

The Florida Supreme Court Judicial Nominating Commission is accepting applications for two capital collateral regional counsels appointed by the governor within the Middle and Southern regions of the state.

The Middle Region consists of the Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Ninth, 10th, 12th, 13th, and 18th judicial circuits. The Southern Region consists of the 11th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 19th, and 20th judicial circuits. Applicants must indicate the region for which they are applying.

Capital collateral regional counsel applicants must have been a member in good standing of The Florida Bar or a similar organization in another state for the preceding five years. Additionally, an applicant should meet the standards set forth in Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.112.
