Bar files correction to rules petition.

The Florida Bar recently filed a notice of correction with the Supreme Court to its original petition to amend some of the Rules Regulating the Bar.

The Bar's original petition, published in the January 1 News, incorrectly asked the court to consider revising Rule 4-5.3, which deals with responsibilities regarding nonlawyer assistants. The Bar has asked that that proposed change be removed from consideration.
