Board of Governors vacancy exists in the Seventh Circuit.

Executive Director John F. Harkness, Jr., has announced a vacancy on the Board of Governors due to the election of Seventh Circuit board member Sandra C. Upchurch as a circuit judge.

The office commences immediately upon the certification of the election results and continues for a term ending June 16, 2016, or until a successor is elected and qualifies.

Pursuant to Rule 2-3.9, nominating petitions for the vacancy must be filed with the office of the executive director on or before 5 p.m., February 13. Ballots will be mailed on or before March 2 and voted ballots must be received prior to midnight, March 23.
