Byer petitions for Bar reinstatement.

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Andrew Alexander Byer of Ft. Lauderdale has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Byer was suspended for a period of three years nunc pro tunc June 20, 2006, based on his plea of guilty to the federal charge of misprision of a felony. Byer petitioned for reinstatement from such suspension in or about November 2011.
