10th Circuit JNC to fill a Polk vacancy.
The 10th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is accepting applications to fill a Polk County court vacancy created by the appointment of Judge Reinaldo Juan Ojeda to the circuit bench.
Applicants must have been members of The Florida Bar for the preceding five years, registered voters, and reside in Polk County at the time he or she assumes office.
