RETIRED U.S. SUPREME COURT JUSTICE SANDRA DAY O'CONNOR addressed a joint session of the Florida Legislature April 7 as part of her nationwide tour touting the importance of civics education and to promote www.ourcourts.org, a free, interactive, Web-based program designed to teach students civics and inspire them to be active participants in our democracy.
