Errata.

In the Advertising Update published in the December 1 News, it was incorrectly stated that the following phrases do not create unjustified expectations:

* "We'll give you the knowledge you need to protect your loved ones."

* ". . .enabling them to protect their assets, preserve their independence and maintain their security as they confront the concerns of aging, illness, and possibly nursing home placement."

* "Obtain free rental car delivery and pick up."

* "Obtain car repair with a NATIONWIDE, LIFETIME GUARANTEE."

* "A physician referred by your attorney will wait for payment until your legal case settles. The physicians charge no more than their usual and customary fees." [This language appeared in a direct mail letter from a lawyer referral service.]

* "To be sure that your rights are protected and...
