First DCA has an opening.

The First District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission is now accepting applications for a vacancy on the First DCA brought about by the resignation of Judge Paul M. Hawkes.

Applicants must have been members of The Florida Bar for the preceding 10 years, registered voters, and residents of the territorial jurisdiction of the court at the time of assuming office.
