First DCA praise.

Kudos to the First District Court of Appeal for allowing enforcement of the law.

The Florida Legislature reached the conclusion, after due deliberation, that the choice with respect to having an abortion is so momentous that a waiting period for consideration, at that only 24 hours, was appropriate. Now the First DCA has concluded that the ACLU's suit to overturn that law is not likely to succeed, so that the injunction against the law should be lifted.

Even for those who believe in "choice," as against the "right to life"...
