Gender Bias.

A recent News contained an article on gender bias that categorically stated, "I can't find women who haven't had a personal experience with either gender bias or harassment in their careers or personal lives."

This sweeping generalization was supported by examples of being called "babe" and also being mistaken for a court reporter. Such catastrophic events have led to proposals for "comprehensive" approaches to seek out and punish similar offenders. Potential studies will be in "black and white" to simplify these searches. Investigations for these offenses will use the evidentiary standards of #MeToo and #TimesUp that will ferret out allegations, innuendos, and accusations and use these to replace any evidence codes.

Solutions forthcoming will institute "comprehensive" methods such as:

* Establish confidential ways to report gender bias, perhaps using trial tactics used in the Salem trials and also the effective methods used in the Inquisition.

* Use compensations and promotions to make progress measurable and to create "level playing fields" as defined by the "wronged parties." This really means "more for me" and less for everyone else with "justice," again, defined subjectively by one...
