Gender Bias.

Several letters recently have dealt with men lawyers' attitudes towards lady lawyers. While I don't minimize those concerns whatsoever; I am a little troubled with the idea that there is a need for some type of "sensitivity training" as a result.

We should not too quickly insist on our Bar directing its members to toe the line to the political correctness of our day. Consider, for example, this hypothetical:
