Hochman petitions for reinstatement.

Pursuant to Rule 3-7 10, Alan R Hochman has petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement from two rehabilitative suspensions.

The first suspension, effective July 28, 1997, was for a period of three years and resulted form Hochman's misuse of client funds and trust accounting violations.
