Josepher nominated to lead Tax Section.

The Tax Section's Nominating Committee recently unanimously nominated Richard A. Josepher of Ft. Lauderdale to serve as chair-elect for the 2001-2002 term.

The nominating committee is made up of the three immediate past chairs, the current chair and chair-elect of the section.
