Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Gabriel I. Martin has petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.
Martin was suspended for a period of three years effective nunc pro tunc to October 16, 2006, pursuant to an August 30, 2007, Supreme Court order.
