Caption: NINE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS recently participated in the Palm Beach County Bar Association's first Oratorical Contest for Law Week. The students spoke about the importance of "Liberty Under the Law: Empowering the Youth and Assuring Democracy," which was the topic of this year's annual Law Week program. "These students were articulate, well-prepared and a true inspiration," said Manuel Farach, president of the Palm Beach County Bar. "The judges were very impressed with these young students for their understanding and ability of taking the speech topic and applying it to today's youth and the challenges that they face."
