Caption: NINE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS recently participated in the Palm Beach County Bar Association's first Oratorical Contest for Law Week. The students spoke about the importance of "Liberty Under the Law: Empowering the Youth and Assuring Democracy," which was the topic of this year's annual Law Week program. "These students were articulate, well-prepared and a true inspiration," said Manuel Farach, president of the Palm Beach County Bar.
