Open letter to The Florida Bar.

Dear Fellow Bar Members;

It is with deep gratitude and appreciation that I thank all of Florida's lawyers for all that you have done to bring the State Courts System through one of the most difficult challenges we have faced.

When I wrote to you in an open letter in March 2003, you enthusiastically responded to my plea for help. Your many hours of hard work and dedicated service, and your loyalty and unwavering commitment to protecting and preserving Florida's trial courts were crucial to the successful implementation of Revision 7 to Article V of Florida's Constitution. Thanks to you and the outstanding leadership and dedication of Florida's trial judges, our courts will continue to fulfill the right of access to justice enshrined in our fundamental law. Congratulations on a job well done! It could not have been done without you.

One last reminder: Not all the work on Revision 7 is completed, and I need to ask for your additional help in the months...
