Palentchar petitions for Bar reinstatement.

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Matthew Glenn Palentchar has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Palentchar was suspended for 91 days effective February 9, 2011, for violating the following Bar rules: Rule 4-1.3 (lack of diligence); Rule 4-1.4 (lack of communication); Rule 4-8.4(g) (failure to respond to an inquiry of The Florida Bar); and Rule 5-1.2 (trust accounting records and procedure).
