Regardless of what other trends are affecting the legal profession, The Florida Bar is getting bigger at a faster rate.

Executive Director John F. Harkness, Jr., reported at the Board of Governors' recent meeting that almost 3,500 people--the most ever--sat for the July bar exam.

That's about 500 more than what had been the average number.
