Robold petitions for reinstatement.

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, David Lawrence Robold has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Robold was suspended from the practice of law for 91 days, effective September 12, 2015, for prematurely disbursing disputed funds that were held in his trust account. Robold failed to inform the court as well as opposing counsel of the disbursement at a lengthy October 2013 hearing that discussed whether Robold's client was entitled to the funds. Robold failed to correct the misstatements that were made by both the court and opposing counsel. On April 9, 2014, Judge LeBlanc issued an order stating that Robold had committed a fraud upon the court as a result of his failure to notify the court.
