Service by email.

I agree with Kirk M. Gibbons' July 15 letter that said the court should reconsider the rule that requires service of all court papers by email in lieu of other methods, such as fax and mail, effective September 1.

Does not the court have a duty to keep the doors to the court open to all interests and persons including the poor and old who are without email equipment and skills? Email could be the preferable mode but should not be the exclusive method of service since hand delivery and U.S. mail are more reliable.
