U.S. District Court Judge Kenneth L. Ryskamp has announced his intention to seek senior status effective January 1, 2000. The retirement of Judge Ryskamp will create a vacancy on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

The Federal Judicial Nominating Commission of Florida is accepting applicants for the vacancy. Applications may be obtained by faxing your request to the chair of the commission whose facsimile number, address and telephone number are listed below.
