Strickland petitions for reinstatement.

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Diane Lyn Strickland has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Strickland was suspended for six months effective December 31, 2014, for her involvement in a real estate transaction. The property was placed in a land trust drafted by Strickland for the purpose of selling the property. The owner was to receive rents, a mortgage, and the net proceeds from the sale. Strickland created an L.L.C., which purchased the property from the trust with $165,000 in financing from a third-party lender. The owner was not advised of the full amount of the financing or that Strickland and her boyfriend had received $37,000 and the rents.
