Vieito seeks readmission.

Lorenzo Vieito, Jr., of Miami has submitted an application with the Florida Board of Bar Examiners for readmission to The Florida Bar.

Vieito resigned from the practice of law in Florida pursuant to a September 5, 2002, Supreme Court's order. He resigned under allegations that he failed to file bankruptcy petitions after receiving payment from clients.
