What about trust companies?

I agree that there should be adequate funding for legal services to indigent Floridians. If the IOLTA funding is inadequate, why can't The Florida Bar press the Florida Legislature to require title companies to set up a similar program for their escrow accounts?

While I recognize that I shouldn't be entitled to keep the interest on my clients' money, I have never understood why my competition in the title insurance...
