Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, William Grandon Whitcomb has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.
Whitcomb was suspended for two years, effective March 6, 2013, for violating Rule 3-4.3 (Misconduct); Rule 3-4.4 (Criminal Conduct); and Rule 4-8.4(b) (Misconduct--a lawyer shall not commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects).
